What we found when we began to investigate
Not only does the extractor fan only go into the roof cavity, no external vent was fitted and the unit has no fitted timer unit
This is the reason our monitoring station wasn't working!
The quality of the 'finished' electrical work above the disabled toilet
Wood from the original partition wall that had been 'demolished' by Mr Midgley and supposedly removed (he never hired a skip despite his comment) turns up in the old stairwell BEHIND the toilet!

We are awaiting the reports from the professionals who have been fixing the 'finished' work of Mr. Midgley and the additional problems they found will also be listed here in the immediate future.
